Make It Stop! - Help

This section is here to help anyone that needs some assistance with the game. A “FAQ” if you will.

Question: If I have resolution issues after changing them in the settings, how can I resolve it?

Answer: If you press F11 on the keyboard, this will toggle between being windowed mode, or full screen. Depending on the issue you’re seeing, this might help you change the settings back.

If you want to reset the settings back to default, the video settings are saved independent from the other settings and you can simply delete it. The file name is in the games ‘Save Game’ folder, and is called “Save_File-Make_It_Stop-Video”

SAVEGAME LOCATION

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open the Location C:\Users\
3. Open the folder of your Windows username.
4. Open the folder AppData\Local\Make_It_Stop!\Saved\SaveGames.

(*) The AppData folder is a hidden folder by default. To view this folder:

WINDOWS 7
- Open Windows Explorer from the taskbar.
- Click Organize > Folder and search options.
- Click the tab View and check Show hidden files, folders and drives under Hidden files and folders from Advanced Settings.
- Click the button OK.

WINDOWS 8/10
- Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
- Click the tab View and check Hidden items.
